At the Adirondack Distilling Company we produce hand-crafted spirits from locally sourced corn. Our process is from farm to table, producing our own alcohol from scratch, distilling, filtering, proofing, bottling, shipping, distributing and retailing from our facility. All our products are gluten free and have no artificial coloring, flavoring. Our company was founded in 2011 and opened it's doors in November, 2012. We currently have distribution in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. We are members of the Pride of NY, Taste NY, Oneida County Chamber of Commerce, Brew Central, NYState Distillers Guild, the Specialty Food Association and are currently in the process of Kosher Certification.
